The priority for any procurement if for the employer to clearly set out and embed inform BIM Level 1 requirements with their projects. To do this, the creation of information requirements are needed linked to the organisational information strategy. A list of templates to develop BIM Level 1 requirements are currently being developed by the BIM Delivery Group as will be listed here from March 2019.
