The Pre-contract BEP demonstrates the supplier’s proposed approach, capability and capacity to meet the EIRs. At this stage the BEP should include:
- A response to requirements of the EIR
- A Project Implementation Plan (PIP) setting out competence, capability and experience of potential suppliers to bidding for the project.
- Targets for collaboration and information modelling
- Project milestones
- Project Implementation Plan (PIM) Strategy
